1. To Reserve your slot and booking, we require half of the amount of rate /pax. (This is deductible from total amount)**50% DP 2 weeks before tour **50% remaining shall settle 7 days prior to departure.
2. The agency/organizer has the right to cancel the tour if we did not meet the minimum number of participants.
3. No cancellation of reservation (reservations cannot be refunded but may be transfered to other posible participants that will be able to join the tour)
4. Full payment should be shouldered by the participant upon cancellation day before or on tour date.
