Additional Cancelled Flights Due to Severe Tropical Storm Kristine
As of October 25, 2024; 9:00 AM

Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami) has brought prolonged heavy rains, strong winds, and widespread flooding to parts of the Philippines, causing our aircraft servicing activities in the recent days to take a much longer time to complete. The adverse weather conditions also left a number of our crew and aircraft out of position and had to be relocated back to their bases. We are working hard to restore our operations back to normal as promptly and safely as possible.

The safety of our passengers and crew remains our utmost priority. Cebu Pacific (CEB) strongly advises its passengers not to proceed to the airport unless they have confirmed bookings for flights which are currently still planned to.

We strongly urge our passengers to consider whether their journeys are essential and give serious consideration to rescheduling travel plans to a later date.

To ensure the safety of all passengers and crew, CEB has implemented additional proactive measures. As a result, more flights scheduled for October 25, 2024 have been cancelled:

DG 6080/6081: Cebu – Masbate – Cebu
DG 6193/6194: Manila – Daraga (Legazpi) – Manila

5J 891/892: Manila – Caticlan (Boracay) – Manila
5J 961/962: Manila – Davao – Manila
Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website:

1. Free Rebooking

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

Full refund of your ticket.

CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and Travel Fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from Laoag and Tuguegarao, as well as flights to and from Manila and Clark on October 25, 2024. Those on affected flights may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

For other questions or concerns, passengers may send a message via Charlie the virtual assistant on the Cebu Pacific website, or through CEB’s official Facebook and Twitter accounts.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work towards normalizing our operations as soon as possible.

We will provide updates as necessary.

25/10/2024

Simula Nobyembre 5, yung mga pupunta ng terminal 2 at magpa-flight paki-agahan nyo.

Alert: Expect busier Manila Terminal 2 starting November 5

Beginning November 5, we expect a higher passenger volume at Terminal 2 of Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), when three other airlines transfer their domestic flights from another NAIA terminal to Terminal 2. This is part of an ongoing terminal rehabilitation and reshuffling initiative of the new NAIA airport management.

Given this situation, we highly encourage you to:

Β· Allot extra time at Manila airport: Check-in online and arrive early at the airport so you can have extra time to undergo airport procedures – at least 3 hours prior to departure for domestic flights.

Β· Monitor your flight status: Stay updated on your flight status.

Β· Ensure your luggage is properly labeled with your name, phone number, and email address: Consider adding a unique identifier, like a ribbon or strap – to make your bag easily recognizable. This will help you quickly identify your luggage in the carousel area.

Β· Follow airport announcements: Pay attention to public announcements and signs within the terminal for the latest information.

Please note that there is NO CHANGE to PAL's terminal assignments at Manila airport:

Β· All PAL domestic flights depart from and arrive at NAIA Terminal 2;

Β· All PAL international flights depart from and arrive at NAIA Terminal 1.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this transition. Thank you.

Cebu Pacific Advisory # 4
Baggage Handling System at NAIA Terminal 3
October 23, 2024; 12:00PM

Cebu Pacific has made significant progress in resolving the baggage handling delays at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.

On October 20, at the peak of disruption, 400 passengers were affected out of 65,000 that flew that day. To date, CEB has recovered 80% of left-behind bags and checked bags are now being processed as usual.

CEB and the New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. (NNIC) are working together to normalize the situation the soonest time possible by increasing manpower and refining manual processes to improve the flow of baggage from check-in to loading.

As we work to fully restore the system, our teams are focused on delivering any remaining delayed luggage to affected passengers as quickly as possible.

We understand the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate our passengers' patience and understanding.
