Cancelled Flights Due to Tropical Storm Man-Yi (Pepito)
Following the latest public advisories issued by PAGASA (Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration) relating to Tropical Storm Man-Yi (Local name: Pepito), we anticipate disruption to our flight operations in the coming days.
Cebu Pacific (CEB) has cancelled the following Cebgo flights on November 15, 2024:
• DG 6839/6840: Manila – Siargao – Manila
• DG 6853/6854: Cebu – Siargao – Cebu
• DG 6855/6856: Cebu – Siargao – Cebu
• DG 6859/6860: Cebu – Siargao – Cebu
• DG 6901/6902: Cebu – Surigao – Cebu
Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website:
1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The ⁷fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.
2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)
3. Refund
Full refund of your ticket.
CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and Travel Fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from the following destinations:
November 15, 2024:
• Calbayog
• Camiguin
• Siargao
• Surigao
• Tacloban
November 16-18, 2024:
• All domestic and international flights
Passengers may avail of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.
The safety of our passengers and crew remains our utmost priority. CEB strongly advises its passengers not to proceed to the airport unless they have confirmed bookings for flights which are currently still planned to operate. Please monitor the status of your flight. Ask your travel agent's assistance
We strongly urge our passengers to consider whether their journeys are essential and give serious consideration to rescheduling travel plans to a later date.
