MABUHAY! ☀️ What a good way to start Monday as we begin taking on the peak season.

We finished the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Training conducted by Maestra Yael Fernandez and Christina Eusala of the Department of Tourism-National Capital Region.

What we loved about it was the way it reaffirmed what we already know about ourselves as a people and as professionals in the tourism industry.

From Luzon to Visayas and Mindanao, we are Maka-Diyos, Maka-tao, Makakalikasan, Makabansa, Masayahin, May Bayanihan, May Pag-Asa ✨

We strive and hope for these to be seen, heard, and felt in the work we do for our guests, partners, and colleagues.

Folks, our help is needed by thousands of families severely affected by the massive flooding in Cagayan Province, including Isabela, brought about by the recent typhoon Ulysses. If you would like to donate blankets, towels, clothing, shoes and slippers, medicines, food preferably in easy-open canned goods, bottled water, face masks, alcohol, trash bags for proper waste disposal, you many drop them off at our office on Tuesday, the 17th of Nov, or directly at any of Five Star Bus terminals in Cubao or Pasay.

We are working with one of our best partners in the industry, the One Of Collection group (Amorita Resort, The Funny Lion) who is spearheading this drive. We will bring your donations to the Five Star bus terminal on 18 Nov. These goods will be transported to Cagayan on the 19 Nov.
