How to find our location:
(Coming from Alabang market, take the Alabang-Zapote Rd., Landmarks on the left side are Alabang Town Center, Metro, Mcdo, Molito Mall, Madrigal
Business Park, Suzuki, Caltex then turn left on Honda Phils. and Ayala Alabang Village you will see a road going to Ayala Southvale(you are now entering Daang Hari Rd). where you will find Seaside Restaurants, Caltex, King Bee Resto, Shell, Southvale Village, Portofino Hts., Katarungan Village and Sampaguita Medium Prison( on the left side). At the intersection you will see Rustan's Fresh, Macdo, Petron. Don't turn right coz that's going to Molino, Bacoor. Just cross the intersection where you will see BRITTANY PORTOFINO (they call it Daang Reyna). You will see on your right Fernbrooks (dome that looks like Araneta Coliseum, Portofino South, and at the end of Daang Reyna is Amore where you will find a rotonda-like road, Turn left on that road where you will enter an ungated village. Turn left (asphalted road) where you will find an unmanned gate (on the right is Parco Bello). You will see a flying-saucer like water tank on your right. Turn left on Ruby Park (Clover) where you will find a pink house at that corner. From that pink house, S&C is the 10th house on the left (green garage). Revision on wearing masks inside the vicinity of S&C Private pool . If immediate family kasama sa bahay its ok not to wear mask within vicinity but seniors always wear mask if not swimming and eating.pnserve social distancing. More than 1 family and not living in the same house must wear mask when not swimming and eating And observe social distancing always . Mabuti n ang safe po.

Amenities :
Refrigerator, TV(big room) , tables and chairs, 4 comfort rooms(2 in a pool area, 1 in the garage, 1 in the big room) fully airconditioned rooms, clean and covered pool. Videoke is not allowed as or now. For rent: Superkalan( P200 per Superkalan)
Additional charges: P200 per electrical appliances, P1,000 Deposit for possible damages and penalty – refundable upon exit

5. Temperatures will be check upon entry . Persons with 37.3 Celsius UP is not allowed for entry (low grade fever). Persons with fever, cough and colds are not allowed to enter the vicinity. Note: Kindly read our House rules and Health/Safety Protocols to avoid contracting the Covid-19 virus, accidents, conflicts and property damages. PooL Rules and Health/Safety Protocols:
1. The danger of exposure to the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 exists.
2. By entering the pool, you take responsibility for your own protection and for disinfecting your hands and anything you touch in the pool area.
3. Do not use the pool if you have a cough, fever or other symptoms of illness.
4. Maintain at least 6 feet between you and other people who are not a part of your household.
5. Wear a face covering when you are not in the swimming pool. Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or inquiries (no lifeguard on duty.)
7. Please wear a facemask when not in pool esp the seniors and children
8. Please watch for your things and valuables for we are not responsible for your losses.
9. Wear proper swimming attires:
*Bathing suits for female ( or rush guards)
*Fitted Swimming Trunks for male
*Only white shirts and gartered shorts with no zippers, strictly no wearing of colored shirts and maong fabrics.
10. Infants/children not toilet-trained must wear diapers under swimsuits.
11. Shower first before dipping into the pool.
12. Children 12 yrs. Old and under must be accompanied by responsible adult or parent.
13. Diving or doing acrobatic act on the pool is strictly prohibited.
14. Glasses, food or alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in the pool area. No hard liquor please.
15. No smoking in the pool area.
16. No animals allowed.
17. Use the restrooms not the pool please!
18. Please observe proper decorum and cleanliness at all times.
19. The area where the overhead water tank is located is strictly prohibited to the guests.
20. Do not wet the mattresses and beddings in the rooms. Doing so will cost you P500/bed.
21. Damage to the properties, assets, furniture’s and fixtures shall be paid/settled by the renter before leaving the premises.
22. The owner/ reserves the right to deny the use of the pool to anyone at any time.

We will be collecting 1000 pesos for security deposit upon check in and refundable upon check out if there's no damage or violation done. for extension depends on the discretion of the management. Pool Area:
