Experience the rustic sophistication in Minoyan, Murcia. The cozy private Villa is an original family home that have been lovingly converted into a Modern Rustic living. Modern and antique furniture pieces that together create a relaxing atmosphere that is authentic for your stay. Everything is designed to unwind you the moment you walk in. The Villa is the perfect place for family and friends (barkadas) to celebrate your private occasions. You and your group are the only occupants during rental.
Dining Area: Dining Table for 8 seating and has counter table seating for 2.
2 Bedrooms: One has a 2 Single Sized Bed and the other has a 1 Double Size Bed with 1 single size pullout. Both bedroom has their own bathroom with bathtub.
1 Mezzanine with 6 single size Daybeds and 4 single size pullouts with access to Flat screen TV, DVD Player and Karaoke. There is also board games available for kids.
1 Powder Room
It has a fully functional kitchen with refrigerator, rice cooker, coffeemaker, a large oven toaster, and gas range. There are plates, bowls and utensils and cookware as well.

The Lanai has a Hardwood Table with a bench for 4 seating.
3 cars can fit in parking space inside the Villa.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE IF YOU CONSIDER STAYING WITH US:
Guest have access to the entire property with the only exception of the Masters Bedroom and the staff’s quarters.
Villa Fontana is surrounded by the local nature; even with our cleaning standards are at the highest, you will still occasionally encounter a few insects and mosquitos. But we still do our biggest efforts to keep the Villa perfect and insect free, or at least keeping it to the minimum but it’s nature. Please consider this before booking.
We have stable supply of electricity but since Minoyan (where we are located) is still a developing barangay, there will be some random irregular blackouts. We recommend being prepared for off-the-grid experience.
We have 5 dogs living on the property. 1 is an American bully named Keira, 3 Chihuahuas; Nikko, Kevin, Nina and 1 Aspin named Scooby. All caged but are extremely friendly and behave and they are all completely vaccinated.
We are not a hotel; we don’t offer hotel services or 24/7 reception.
GUEST ACCESS
The entire Villa is your private space – the owner does not live here – you have free access to all parts of the property with the exemption stated before.
During your stay, exact number of towels and beddings are provided. Mineral Water on the dispenser is free of charge.
From Bacolod to Villa Fontana is a 45-minute drive by private car passing through Murcia town.
Directions going to the Villa can be found on Google Maps.
Check in is anytime AFTER 1PM.
Check out by 11PM.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
You will be greeted upon arrival by our lovely staff Cecille, Jhon and Kurt the caretakers of the Villa, will be there and they will be happy to assist you with anything you need. Don’t hesitate to call them.
RULES:
We provide clean towels and linens. Please understand that we will have to kindly ask you for compensation if towels and linens is returned to us with heavy stains that cannot be removed.
BBQ Grills and utensils, plates, etc. are free of charge. If guest, unfortunately, breaks anything the management will ask additional charges to the bill.
Alcohol drinks and beverages are allowed on tolerated level. Drunkenness is prohibited to ensure the well being of our neighbors.
Prohibited drugs are strictly not allowed. Violation of this rule shall authorize the management to deny further service and inform the guest to immediately leave the premises.
Karaoke is available at the Mezzanine but we ask you to reduce the noise after 11pm to a normal evening level.
You may use the pool 24hrs at your own risk. NO life guards are on duty.
All children in the pool must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Management will not be responsible to any accident.
Smoking is allowed but only outside the house.
Items brought to the Villa should be under the watch of the owner. The Villa will not be responsible for any loss or damages unless committed by our personnel.
Pets are allowed entry within the premises but are not allowed inside the Villa and must be kept leash or cage at all times.
Failure to show up on the reserved date means forfeiture of the fee already paid and request for transfer of reservation shall not be allowed.
Bad weather condition shall not be a ground to cancel reservation except if it amounts to typhoon, other natural or fortuitous events in which case the reservation date will be transferred to the nearest available date without the need to refund and adjust the rate.
Fi****ms and deadly weapons are not allowed. Your security and safety is our primary concern.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We have a few available soda, beers and hard liquors in the Villa. Prices depending on the drink.
Come and relax, and then relax some more… We have partnered with the best home service spa massage to bring comfort to your doorsteps. They require a minimum of 5 clients with a rate of P350/hr. If ever you want to avail the service, please inform us in advance so we could make arrangements with the Spa.
