US Tourist Visa thru drop box/ Interview waiver
Eligibility Criteria for Interview Waiver Applicants:
If โyesโ to all of the following questions, you may qualify for Interview Waiver.
โ๏ธI have a previous B1/B2 visa that I wish to renew.
โ๏ธMy visa was issued after July 1, 2007.
โ๏ธMy prior visa was valid for at least five years.
โ๏ธMy prior B1/B2 visa is still valid or expired within the last 48 months
โ๏ธI am a citizen of the Philippines.
โ๏ธMy prior visa does not say โClearance Receivedโ or โTravel with Employerโ.
โ๏ธI have my passport with my B1/B2 visa in my possession.
โ๏ธMy name, date of birth and gender on my last B1/B2 visa do not need to be changed or corrected.
โ๏ธMy most recent visa was issued on or after my 14th birthday.
โ๏ธThe last time I applied for a B1/B2 visa it was approved.
For first time B1/B2 applicants, below 14 years old:
โ๏ธOriginal copy of birth certificate issued by Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), and
โ๏ธPhotocopy of valid B1/B2 U.S. visa of either or both parents.
