1. APORs;
2. Returning residents;
3. Close contacts in companies pursuant EO 48 S. 2020;
4. Close contacts with COVID-19 cases na ayaw mag-quarantine sa mga Barangay Isolation Unit (BIU).
Ito ay base sa Section 5 ng Executive Order No. 54, S. 2020 o ang Modified Guidelines on Mandatory Quarantine and Protocols.
Sasagutin pa rin ng LGU GenSan ang gastos ng hotel/motel mandatory quarantine ng mga sumusunod:
1. Returning Overseas Filipino workers;
2. GSC-LGU Health Frontliners;
3. GSC-LGU officials and employees (na mga frontliners);
4. Barangay Officials;
5. IATF government personnel newly assigned in General Santos City subject to the approval of the IATF-GSC; at
6. Close contacts ng mga GSC-LGU/Frontliners’ family members subject to the assessment of medical officers.

CEB Advisory on Resumption of Domestic Passenger Flights to/from Manila

Cebu Pacific and Cebgo will resume a number of domestic flights to and from Manila on August 19, 2020, following the announcement of General Community Quarantine over NCR
CEB will continue to operate flights from Cebu to Clark and to Davao.
We also intend to operate limited international routes, namely: Manila-Dubai-Manila, Manila-Seoul (Incheon), Tokyo (Narita)-Manila, Manila-Singapore-Manila, and Manila-Taipei-Manila.

As of 5 July, there are 29 airports in the country whose Local Government Units (LGUs) have issued orders categorically supporting the resumption* of commercial airport operations in their areas of jurisdiction.
*Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.

"Pagbalik sa biyahe sa mga eroplano nauyonan sa RTF Caraga ubos sa mga kondisyones
Nauyonan sa Regional Task Force (RTF) for COVID-19 One Caraga Shield [RTF-COCS] sa usa ka teleconference karong adlawa, Hulyo 3, nga tugtan na ang pagbalik sa operisyon sa airport sa Butuan City, ang point of entry sa Caraga region ug tugtan na usab ang duha ka airlines - Cebu pacific ug Philippine Airlines - sa pagbiyahe ubos sa tulo ka kondisyones nga nasabotan.
Sa maong teleconference nga gipangunahan ni Gob. Dale B. Corvera, ang chairperson sa RTF-COCS, nauyonan ang mosunod nga tulo ka general conditions:
1)Ang pasahero kinahanglan magpa-test nga siya negatibo sa Covid-19 agi man sa RT-PCR o kaha rapid test, ug kini balido sulod sa 5 ka adlaw gikan siya nagpa-test;
2) Kadtong walay mapakita nga resulta sa nasangpit nga test dili mahimong pasakyon sa eroplano;
3) Sa passenger manifesto, kinanahanglan ibutang sa pasahero ang iyang kompleto nga address kung asa iyang final destination lakip na ang iyang contact number.
Hugot nga girekomendar usab sa Department of Health (DOH) Caraga, nga kinahanglan nga mopailawom usab sa 14 days quarantine ang mga manguli gikan sa kaulohan o sa lain pang bahin sa nasud pag-abot na sa ilang point of destination, bisan pa man kung siya negatibo sa gihimong test.
Ang maong kondisyones sumala sa nasabotan, aplikado dili lamang niadtong mopauli pasulod sa Caraga region kondili, lakip na kadtong mogawas usab sa rehiyon.
Ang mga tentatibong petsa sa duha ka airlines alang sa ilang gitakda nga pagbalik sa serbisyo sa kahanginan mao ang mosunod: Cebu Pacific- Hulyo 10 ug Philippine Airlines- Hulyo 13.
Sugyot usab sa RTF nga upat ka beses lamang matag semana ang mahimong biyahe sa mga nasangpit nga eroplano ug katunga lang sa ilang kapasidad ang mahimong ikarga nga pasahero.

Pagkatapos pa ng community quarantine sila magsisimula mag-process ng refund. Tapos 3-4 buwan pa after processing maibabalik. So kung susumahin, 5-6 months bago maibalik ng airline ang pera (at pwedeng mas matagal pa depende kung hanggang kelan pa itong GCQ/MGCQ) .
Gustuhin man po namin na ibalik kaagad ang inyong pera, wala po kaming maibibigay sa inyo kung wala pang nire-refund ang airline sa amin.
Lahat po tayo apektado ng COVID-19. Konting pag-unawa lang po ang hinihingi namin. Hindi naman po nating lahat ginusto itong mga nangyayari ngayon.
