All villas are located in Maya Maya Subdivision, a safely guarded community in Nasugbu, Batangas City. Maya Maya is beside Tali Beach and Punta Fuego. All villas are private homes which come with fully equipped kitchens, a barbeque grill, air conditioned bedrooms, hot water showers, indoor and outdoor seating areas, a dining room with complete potable water, and villas have a private swimming pool and a gorgeous view of the famous Batangas sunset. Villas also have caretakers who are happy to assist you with your needs for a minimal amount of P500 a day (tips are encouraged if you’d like them to stay after 5:00pm).

Check in time is 2:00pm and check out is 12:00 noon. This is strictly enforced, unless with prior agreement.
All requestors must submit the following details prior to confirmation:

o Complete list of names of guests
Payment terms are 50% downpayment upon confirmation (downpayment is non-refundable after confirmation). Cash balance is to be paid 2 days prior to arrival.
Children, Caretakers, yayas, personal cooks and drivers should be included in the headcount, as there are no separate servant quarters.
Long term rates are negotiable.
Screaming, shouting, karaoke, and other loud activities are not permitted in Maya Maya subdivision. This is strictly enforced, and violators will be charged a penalty.
Smoking is allowed outside of the villas only please. No smoking indoors.
Additional services such as massage, mani-pedi, bangka island hopping, banana boat, jet ski, golf are available upon request. Visits to nearby beaches can also be arranged. The nearest private beach is Tali Beach. Another alternative is to rent a bangka and visit all the surrounding beaches. Other nearby free beaches are Munting Buhangin (entrance fee applies), Natipuan (free) and Calayo beaches (free).
Food and drinks are not included in the rental fees; however, arrangements can be made for the Villa caretakers to do cleaning, shopping and cooking for you for P500 per day, and upon request. Otherwise, grocery stores such as Waltermart, Savemore and fastfood restaurants such as McDonalds, Chicken Inasal, Jolibee, Red Ribbon are within a 15 minute drive from Maya Maya.
General cleaning after your stay is free of charge. However if the property is found excessively dirty, or if there is extreme damage to the property, costs will be billed to the requestor.
Please bring your own towels (for bathing and swimming), and toiletries (only toilet paper is provided in bathrooms).
Please remember that you must deposit 50% down payment and provide the complete list of names in order to confirm your reservations.

Villa Elena is a beautiful Hill top 4 bedroom with private pool home. This Villa has an Amazing view of all the Philippines/China Sea from all the rooms and from the Grand open Lanai. Since this house does not have a pool we offer our guests a day pass to Tali beach which has some beautiful beaches.

Golfing in Calatagan is open for those who want to golf. 30 min by car
No screaming and shouting is permitted. We have to respect the surrounding neighbors who might get disturbed by very loud sounds. This is a rest house after all.
Please exercise common courtesy for the surrounding neighbours. The association is very strict about this and if after we are warned they do fine us.
The house is perfect for kids and everyone we even have a slide for all to enjoy. It's always immaculate and clean. Very safe and guarded community. This house has two rooms which is handicap accessible. The pool also is easy to enter for the elderly.

Due to the large number of people involved pls bring your own towels and toiletries . The drive way can easily accommodate 2-3 cars. We have 24 hour roving security and the subdivision is Very safe.
Getting to Maya maya is very easy if you use neighbours. When you reach MOA please WAZE MayaMaya subdivision and it should lead you to the subdivision very easily. It's should take you less the 2 hours from MOA.

MAYA WAY VILLA (NEW HOME)

"Maya Way is located in Nasugbu, Batangas approximately 5 mins from Tali beach and 15 mins from Punta Fuego which are both locations occupied by Manila’s “High Society”. Maya Way has a spectacular view of Fortune Island and Twin Islands with sunset views all year round. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom sleeps up to six people and has en-suite bathroom facilities. The second room has 2 queen size beds and a single bed and the 3rd room has one queen sized bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom.

You will see from the pictures that the house has a very large infinity type swimming pool overlooking the South China Sea. There are 2 outside terraces for dining and inside a very large dining room table that can seat 8 to 10 people. The house also has a small den with cable TV.

Tenants can have access to nearby beautiful private beaches for a small fee."
