Due to the rules implemented by the group for all staycation owners in Trees Residences that we shall comply, we have increased a small amount in our daily rate. The purpose of the rule is to standardize the rates of all units in the area- protecting both the guests and owners.
📌 From 1399 (1BR w/ Balcony for 2 Pax), now at 1499
📌 From 1599 (1BR w/ Den for 3 Pax) now at 1599 for 2 Pax
These changes will be effective on April 12, 2023.
