𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Oath Taking Ceremony of the newly elected and appointed officials of Barangay Naguilian, Nueva Era, Ilocos Norte, unfolded on Saturday, December 9, 2023.

The dynamic leadership of Nueva Era, Ilocos Norte, led by the energetic Municipal Mayor, Hon. Atty. Aldrin R. Garvida, and the ever-supportive Vice Mayor, Hon. Caroline A. Garvida, along with the united Sangguniang Bayan Members, came together for a momentous occasion. They visited Barangay Naguilian to partake in the Oath Taking Ceremony of the newly elected Barangay Officials and Sangguniang Kabataan Officials, joined by the newly appointed Barangay Tanods, Barangay Health Workers, Barangay Nutrition Scholar, Barangay Sevice Point Officers, and Barangay Lupons—an affirmation of their commitment to responsible governance and community service.

In honoring the birthday of our esteemed Vice Mayor, Hon. Caroline A. Garvida, a heartwarming celebration unfolded. As part of this joyous occasion, incentives were generously extended to Senior Citizens, Birthday Celebrators, PWDs, BHWs, Barangay Tanod, and all heads of families in the municipality. Students and Teachers also received a heartfelt Christmas gift from the Mayor, Vice Mayor, and Family, adding a touch of festive cheer to their celebrations. This thoughtful gesture underscores our commitment to ensuring that every resident of Nueva Era receives quality services and care.

Winning the title of Dulimaman 2023 is not an easy task, but you did it excellently and gracefully. Your fellow kabarangayan is rooting for you on your next journey.

Congratulations as well to Mr. Jay Manuel Fariñas Gaoat for doing your best as you competed to be Wadagan 2023. You did a great job.

Being on the stage takes a lot of courage. Thank you to both of you for representing and for bringing pride to our Barangay. You made us really proud!
