NOTICE TO MARINERS
(NUMBER-1124-001)

In relation to the Tropical Cyclone Bulletin No. 7 issued by Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) at 0500H of 16 November 2024, CGS Western Leyte is Temporary Suspending All Voyages for all type of vessels/watercrafts plying the route of (San Isidro, Albuera, Villaba, Palompon, Merida, Isabel, Ormoc City and Baybay City) due to hoisting of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No.01 and possible effect of the inclement weather in accordance with the HPCG Memorandum Circular 02 23 entitled “Revised Guidelines on the Movement of Vessel During Heavy Weather” dated 23 March 2023.

All vessels are reminded to take precautionary measures and be extra vigilant in monitoring the movement of tropical depression if deemed to be affected by said weather disturbance. Voyage of vessel will resume until further notice and upon improvement of weather and sea conditions

Further, vessel who intend to take shelter shall be permitted as long as it is manifested through a written request and no passenger/cargo will be allowed on board.
