The notion that it is expensive to hire an architect is simply not true. As 100% completion nears, our team was able to fit in the 3.2 million budget to this 240 square meter residence owned by Mr. John Robinson and Vanessa Santos Robinson,when it could have costed a million more, even higher. So for architectural plans and designs, consult and hire an architect. No other profession knows better than the architect in the field of architectural planning and design. This project is designed by KRG and co designed by Noreen Ranolo, construction co managed and supervised by Roque Pacot.
