Teacher Nami – A nurse by profession and established flow movement motivator. An advocate of wellness and natural healing thru breath, ice, nature immersion and mindful movements.

She is dedicated in providing a safe space thru flows, music, and teachings that creates profound impact and meaningful memories; and has the big heart in building and growing wellness support system thru communities.
