Sigon pa ni DSWD Sec. Erwin Tulfo nga lakip sa natangal ang personahe sa NAIA nga dili maayo ang pagtrato sa inahan ug anak nga gikan sa gawas sa nasud og usa ka empleyado sa Tagbilaran, Bohol nga gi angasan ang usa ka inahan nga nangutana lamang kung unsaon pag apil sa programa nga 4Ps sa gobyerno.

Nagbahad usab si Tulfo sa lima ka hotline operators sa DSWD Central Office nga wala nisunod sa ilang responsibilidad.
