Tangan situated in Panglao, Bohol is the town where the late Pedro and Victoria Catandijan decided to start their family. The simplicity and peaceful yet charming characteristic would have been their reason for choosing this place. They had four (4) children, namely: Felisa, Julita, Francisca and Teodoro.

As years went by, Panglao became a favorite escape of the family from the city life due to the warmth of the people, calm and clear waters of the beaches, peaceful surroundings and beautiful places.

Captain Narciso Canon, husband of Julita, decided to open their doors to other people who wants to experience the beauty of the province. The named “MaJaCa” was derived after their children’s names: Mhalou, Javik and Cathy.

MaJaCa Transient Place shall ensure that their guests will have a comfortable and quiet place to stay while they are in the province of Bohol.
