Quiet neighborhood, about 100 meters from Bluewater Resort. 30 minutes drive to Tagbilaran City ( Malls, Shopping, Airport, Ferry Terminal ). The neighborhood is within 15-20 minutes drive distance to the market. There is a weekly Farmer's Market every Sunday morning. There is also a restaurant about one-minute walk in front of the plaza. There is a pharmacy and bakeries nearby. There is a laundry service 2 house from the apartment. There is BBQ place nearby the house, with a bar to chill out. Getting Around
Public transportation available. Public market is 10 mins away by motorbike. There are lots of transportation (habal-habal, trike, jeepneys and public bus)
available along the road going from MOONVIEWS APARTMENT to ALONA BEACH, to PUBLIC MARKET, to AIRPORT, to TAGBILARAN CITY and back. Other Things to Note
If you are a soccer fan and would like to join the game, you can do so every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons starting at 4:30 PM ( not sure if still existing after pandemic ). The plaza is also a great place for running, jogging or a game of badminton. We are providing Electric, cable, water and wifi, so won't be able to give discount for a less than a month guest that staying to our place. House Rules
We only request that you smoke on the outside the unit only and not inside the rooms or in dining area. And please turn of the air-conditioning and lights when you leave the Apartment
