To all our future and valued guests,

Please be advised that starting today this will be
Stay-cao-tion’s Updated Payment Terms;

In response to recent events, we have updated our payment terms to ensure a smoother and more secure booking process for all our guests.

Security Deposit/Date Reservation (Deductible from Full Payment):

1-Bedroom Units: ₱1,000 per night

2-Bedroom Units: ₱2,000 per night

Refundable Security Deposit:

The security deposit is refundable after a thorough inspection of the unit, provided no loss or damage is observed.

Non-Refundable Terms:
Once the Guest Accommodation Form (GAF) is approved, the security deposit becomes non-refundable, non-rebookable, and non-transferable.

Full Payment Requirement:

For Online Payments: Full payment must be made at least one day prior to your booking date via GCash or Bank Transfer.
For Cash Payments: Please hand the full payment to the staff before entering the unit. Failure to provide full payment will result in denial of entry.

We want to assure you that these changes will not compromise the quality of your stay. On the contrary, we are committed to going the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction and provide the best experience possible. These measures are in place to protect both our valued guests and our property.

Running a small business is already a daily fight to survive and thrive. But when theft strikes, it feels like a punch to the gut. It’s more than just losing goods – it’s the trust and hard work we pour into everything. We’ll keep pushing, though. Every setback is a setup for a comeback.

January 14, 2025, a family of four came to our page and made a late inquiry for an on-the-day booking. Provided valid Identification and filled out the required form. Made a request to pay half of the required security deposit as they’re already on their way to Azure. We have accepted them and assist them all through the process.

The man named Bill Kapri and his friend Ted Serna were the ones who first checked in and informed us that his wife and child will be late. We are unable to collect the payment as per staff they’ll send it online and while collecting it via chat he mentioned he will try to cash it in and had issue with Gcash.

Come early morning we reminded them for the said payment and informed us that they’ll be extending the stay. We asked the staff to collect the payment, but no one’s present at the unit. Tried to call them and was informed that they’re currently at the pool area so we asked the staff to collect it after a couple of minutes as we are told over the phone.

Unfortunately, this time it’s now alarming as the unit was still locked and no one’s answering the phone call. Then suddenly, we are unable to reach them, via messenger or through phone.

We had to take action by opening the unit by force.

Tragically, our fear welcome’s us. To our surprise, some of our stuff were missing and the unit was left untidy with random unexpected trash in it.

We were able to have this reported. Took action, however, sadly, the trauma remains.

Sad to say these kinds of people do exist. We have to be aware. Because no matter how vigilant and cautious person you are, we can still be a victim.
