ISLAND HOPPING, SNORKELING IN MOALBOAL SUSPENDED

Island hopping and snorkeling in Moalboal have been suspended until further notice due to the presence of box jellyfish.

The suspension came after the Moalboal Coast Guard Sub-Station received reports that a guest was stung by a box jellyfish while snorkeling in Moalboal.

Petty Officer 2 Robinsons Casabuena, acting sub station commander, said that over four individuals were brought to Badian District Hospital but are now in stable condition. | via CDF

Issue with NAIA Air Traffic Management Center

Cebu Pacific (CEB) advises its passengers that flights departing and arriving at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) may experience delays due to issues related to the software at the Air Traffic Management Center (ATMC) which are affecting operations.

CEB is coordinating with the necessary authorities on when the situation will normalize. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
