Bathroom is an average size for condo units, and caters for everything you need, hot showers, makeup mirror with light,
and extra towel storage. As for the style of this unit, it is fully tiled throughout, a sofa, dining table and chairs, that blends, our chosen artwork depicts a warm feeling to the unit, making it feel homely. Both flat screen TV‘s in this unit is connected to Cable-link TV, and also Wi-Fi is provided to make sure that one can work and still leisure at their own time. Our Guest/s will notice that Solemare has 24 hr Security, who I have found to be very friendly & helpful, when arriving in the Lobby Area, Our Guest/s can enjoy a nice relaxing swim and tan beside the pool, or simply lounge around as outdoor furniture can be found spread around the amenity area. The gym area is available for our Guest/s, as well an internet café. Mall of Asia by taxi takes approximately less than 3 mins, also known as the Biggest Mall in Asia; you will definitely know why once you get there. You will find everything you need under one location from Hypermart (Supermarket),Department Stores, Watsons, Designer Stores, Electronics, Home-wares, Manicure, Pedicure and Hair Salons are a great place to either start from or end your shopping and later why not stop grab something to eat as the mass variety of eating places and Restaurant’s will definitely hit your taste-buds. And not to forget there is even an Ice Rink. Local Attractions in and around Manila there is just so many for the first time traveler, it is really how you like to plan your stay. Whether you like to take in the sites, taste the abundance of food that you miss or yearn to taste, it is at your finger-tips. Public Transport: Taxi’s passes-by on Macapangal Blvd every few minutes, MRT is located behind the DFA building which is opposite McDonald’s. Buses can also be found less than 2 mins from the apartment. Solemare Parksuites location is only 8 mins from NAIA Airport, for a traveler who needs to get off the plane and settled as quickly as possible, without the hassle of being stuck in congested traffic. The locals in this area are very friendly, and having to get to where ever you want to go is just minutes away. What makes our place unique is the fact that once you stay, you will always yearn to come back again.
