Cebu Pacific Advisory #4

Cancelled Flights Due to Typhoon Carina

As of July 24, 2024; 5:00 PM

Due to the impact of Typhoon Carina (International Name: Gaemi) on our operations, Cebu Pacific advises its passengers to expect cancellations and flight delays throughout the day.

We have resumed operations at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 4, where our Cebgo (DG) flights operate.

Passengers are advised to monitor the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.

Passengers affected by cancelled flights are also advised not to proceed to the airport for their safety and to avoid getting stuck on flooded roads.

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

Full refund of your ticket.

CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from Manila and Clark scheduled up to July 26, 2024. They may avail themselves of these options through the Manage Booking portal of the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

For other questions or concerns, passengers may send a message via Charlie the virtual assistant on the Cebu Pacific website, or through CEB’s official Facebook and Twitter accounts.

We appeal for your patience and understanding as we work towards normalizing our operations as soon as possible.

We will provide updates as necessary.

📍Para iwas BOGUS BUYER.
Kung maraming loko-lokong travel agent, mas maraming loko-lokong buyer. Aminin nyo yan. Sa status ko, marami ako proofs na siguradong makakalipad ng buo ang mga clients ko. So wag puro husga na porket ..."Payment First" manloloko na.

🍎Kung nag-iingat kayo mas nag-iingat rin kaming mga legit travel agent kasi hindi po namin pinupulot mga pinuhunan namin in the first place.
kung ikaw na buyer mag-iinquire na hindi naman pala sigurado, at walang oras, pambayad, o walang tiwala sa online travel agent, HUWAG na po kayo mag pm!
