Surprisingly Siquijor! SIQUIJOR is the third smallest province in the Philippines in terms of population as well as land area - 337.49 SQKM (after Camiguin and Batanes). For a time it was part of Negros Oriental (about 30 minute boat ride from Dumaguete).
