Tiptop Vacation Homes was established by Lilia Amosco Banigoos Gladwin in 2006 and operates vacation rental apartments and bungalow houses in Baguio City, including two condo units at Outlook Ridge Residences.

Lumiere Residences West Tower Unit M02 is a new venture launching in Pasig at Pasig Blvd corner Shaw Blvd by June 2019 with a 1 bedroom condo unit to cater to vacationers and transients.

106 Twin Pioneer Street has a carinderia restaurant at the ground floor, the upper two floors will, by 3rd Quarter 2019, provide clean, comfortable air-conditioned accommodation to travelers on a budget and affordable mid-week (Monday through Thursday) accommodation for those who work in Metro Manila who would prefer to avoid fighting NCR traffic to return to distant homes every night and for those undertaking OJT training in the Capital.
