The National Vaccination Operations Center has released Advisory No. 55-A on the issuance of the International Certificate of Vaccination or the Vaccine Passport by the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ).

Refer to the material for the requirements and the necessary processing fees in securing an International Certificate of Vaccination.

NOTE: Not all countries require the presentation of an International Certificate of Vaccination. Check with your destination country prior to booking an appointment with the BOQ to save time and resources. Other countries accept vaccination cards as proof of being vaccinated against COVID-19.
