PAYMENT
A USD 500 non-refundable deposit on airfare and land arrangements is required to secure these arrangements before June 15, 2019. A gentle reminder that the said amount can only be refunded once the visa is refused. Payment is required in US dollars via bank transfer or direct deposit. Should you wish to pay in PESO, kindly let us know so we can advise the exchange rate to be used on the day of deposit. 50% of the balance of payment is required no later than July 15, 2019, and FULL PAYMENT no later than August 5, 2019. Please note that should you wish to make payment by credit card, we reserve the right to recover merchant fees at 5% on top of the total cost.

50% of the tour cost if canceled 45days before departure
100% of the tour cost if canceled 30days before departure

INSURANCE
Purchase of insurance is recommended but not required. Should you wish to avail travel insurance, a fee of PHP 1500 is required

VISA
Group visa will only apply for Filipino passport holders and the only requirement is your passport that is valid for 6 months prior the departure date. For foreign passport holders, other requirements may apply.
