Qualification:
* Graduate of any 4-Year IT or computer related course.
* Experience in web and graphic design, photoshop, video editing and network administration is a must.
* Has keen attention to details, resourceful, a self-started and able to meet tight schedule and deadlines.
* Able to do multi-tasking and can work with minimum supervision.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication and comprehension skill is a must.

Job Description:
* Provides assistance to various department requiring design and promotional materials such as banners, EDM, posters, video creation and editing, etc.
* In-charge of encoding products (hotels, resorts, tours, transfers, packages) in our online booking platform.
* Performs daily system check and audit to ensure good working condition of the Online booking platform and coordinates with the developer if there are any bugs, system error or down time discovered.
* Provides some IT related assistance such as basic computer trouble shooting, network administration, etc.
* Performs other tasks that may be required from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and similar
At least Two (2) years in a Manager or Supervisory role
CPA would be an advantage but not required.
Experience in accounting functions such as maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, audit, preparation of monthly financial statement
Controlling income, cash flow and expenses, setting up accounting policies and procedures.
Must know how to use a computerized accounting software.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Independent worker, keen on details, good working attitude and a team player.
