TAKDA Floating Villa good for 12 to18 pax, is an All private Villa which is good for Family gatherings
and staycation for a family of 8, It is all private that means not only no sharing areas with other guests but also no potential noises from other guests from neighboring
rooms. This floating house has 3 levels. It has 110 square meters at the ground floor it has a room with 2 king size beds, 4 extra beds and a sofa set which can host 15 pax, a dining table, a kitchen complete with a sink. It has a comfort room with a marine toilet
and a sink. It has a resting area on the 2nd floor (64 square meters) with a swing bed bean bags and a coffee table. It has 2 net beds on the 3rd floor attic (24 Square meter)

Takda has a total of 198 square meters, The villa is completely off the grid with its solar equipment to supply for the electricity for the lights, charging and fans.

The villa has its own designated tourist boat which can carry ( 12 pax ) to the shore where there are Comfort rooms and showers. The villa although movable is docked near Labunusan sand bar which is 5 mins away from the shore.

TADHANA Floating Villa, goof for 6 to12 pax, is an All Private Floating villa and our smallest. This Floating villa is ideal to a small family, group of friends or couples. Tadhana mainly composed of Bamboo. Tadhana has 2 levels, on the first floor (70 square meters) it has a room with 2 beds, a kitchen with sink , a comfort room with a marine toilet, and a dining area. It has a roof top deck ( 20 sq m) with a tables as a resting area.

Tadhana has a total of 90 square meters, The villa is completely off the grid with its solar equipment to supply for the electricity for the lights, charging and fans.
