As of September 2, 2024; 6:00 AM

Due to the forecasted impact of Tropical Storm Enteng on flight operations, Cebu Pacific has cancelled the following flights scheduled on September 2, 2024:

DG 6031/6032: Manila – San Jose – Manila
DG 6177/6178: Manila – Masbate – Manila
DG 6193/6194: Manila – Legazpi (Daraga) – Manila
DG 6118: Naga – Manila
5J 321/322: Manila – Legazpi (Daraga) – Manila
5J 325/326: Manila – Legazpi (Daraga) – Manila
5J 821/822: Manila – Virac – Manila

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

Full refund of your ticket.

CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and a travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their trips on the following flights scheduled on September 3, 2024:

As this is a developing situation, some flight changes may take place as the storm passes. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.

We regret to inform you that we have decided to postpone our planned pilgrimage to the Holy Land from February 19 to March 1, 2024. This is because of the ongoing conflict in Israel that poses a serious threat to the safety of travelers and the sacred sites. The Philippine government and its embassy in Tel Aviv have also advised against traveling to Israel at this time.

We will keep you updated on the status of our pilgrimage as soon as the situation improves and we can ensure a safe and peaceful journey to the Holy Land. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

We also ask you to join us in praying for peace in Israel and in all the countries that are suffering from violence and unrest. May Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, grant us his peace - John 14:27.
