Kini nga programa gipasiugda sa Department of Agriculture, kauban ang Department of Agrarian Reform, isip dakong tabang ug suporta sa atong mga mag-uuma, labi na kamo nga mga miyembro sa DARBC.

Tungod sa paningkamot sa atong Local Government Unit nga gipangulohan ni Mayor Bernie Palencia Jr., kauban ang Office of the Municipal Agriculturist-Polomolok, mapadali ug masugdan ang maong distribusyon aron madawat ninyo ang inyong subsidiya.

Nakauwi na sa bansa kagabi, Enero 16, ang labi ni OFW Jenny Alvarado na nasawi sa Kuwait matapos ang trahedyang sinapit noong Enero 2 dahil sa coal suffocation mula sa heating system sa kanyang pinagtatrabahuan.

Sa pangunguna ni DMW Secretary Hans Cacdac, nakapagbigay na ang Department of Migrant Workers ng paunang financial assistance para sa pamilya ni Alvarado, at magpapatuloy ang mga tulong, kabilang na ang funeral at burial assistance mula sa OWWA.

Patuloy ang ating pakikiramay at suporta sa pamilya ni OFW Jenny sa panahon ng kanilang pagdadalamhati.
