Our Story
The owner of the company was a Co-owner and General Manager of Meili de ren travel services – a partnership company which was established on the 4th of October, 2016 and gained positive response with their clients in providing complete services and packages. Moreover, great businesses seldom starts with a bang, the partners decided to stop its operation to attend to each family matters and personal decisions. In order to continue the services that they have started, Puntaka Travel and Tours owner opened his own business on his former store which he turned into an office in Porac town of Pampanga, Philippines.
Puntaka Travel and Tours is the very first travel and tour business of its town and aiming to help build tourism in this municipality of Porac in spite of the calamity that they had in the past, Poraqueños still managed to turn these ashes as a source of living and bit by bit uplifting the lives of their community.
“Puntaka” - started when one of the owner’s family member shared and advice to have a catchy business name and very local to fellow Filipino citizen. Since the suggested business names already exist, the owner came up with “Puntaka or Punta ka” - Filipino term which means “Go somewhere or Go to a place that they are familiar with”
Puntaka Travel and Tours owner has an extensive experience handling all the needs of his clients and its business. He develop his customer service expertise working for more than a decade in a call center and BPO industries, gained his knowledge in sales and marketing as a Supervisor and Manager on some software companies related to online application and POS systems.
