A LESSON FROM ATM:
YOUR TRANSACTION IS BEING PROCESSED, PLEASE WAIT!!

Yesterday I was at the ATM to get some cash because I dearly needed money.

As I started to transact, the ATM showed me an inscription which said: Please insert your card.

I did.

And then another message popped up- Please enter your pin code.

I did.

And then another message came ...select the amount,

I did that too.

After I had done all this...the ATM showed me a message in BOLD letters...

YOUR TRANSACTION IS BEING PROCESSED, PLEASE WAIT !

Allow me to say..when you have done all the things you can, you have prayed, you have fasted, you have even asked others to pray with you and for you but it seems as if nothing is happening in your life, wait patiently don't give up, don't move because your request is being processed.

WAIT!

Let me tell you ..What made me wait is because my card was already in the ATM, I had already entered my pin code.

ISRAEL HAS REACHED HERD IMMUNITY -BBC
Israel has once again shown countries how clever leaders think in the 2nd and 3rd order (thinking beyond the obvious).*

Last week Israel became the first country to inoculate its entire adult population over age 18. Yesterday, all schools and colleges were opened and mask requirements were removed all across the country (barring a few congested public places).

Here's how this remarkable country did it.

Israel's leaders are all well educated and many of them have advanced degrees in science and medicine. Their PM graduated at the top of his class at MIT, and started (but didn't finish) a PhD at Harvard.

They realized at the onset of the pandemic last year that the only way to beat a virus was through herd immunity, and that vaccination was key to expediting this process. They immediately zeroed in the two companies that were ahead of the pack in vaccine development--Pfizer and Moderna. The Israeli PM immediately developed a personal friendship with the CEOs of these companies (using his Harvard and MIT connections).

As soon as Pfizer announced successful Phase 3 trials Israel made a deal with Pfizer to pick up their first 8 million doses for twice the price ($30 per dose) of what Pfizer was eventually aiming to sell the vaccine. Israel also agreed to provide Pfizer with data on the efficacy of the vaccine on its population. By November 2020, Israel had already acquired the vaccines it required to immunize its people.

The Israeli PM was asked two weeks ago why they agreed to pay $15 per dose extra, and his response was classic 2nd order thinking. He said that, just in pure economic numbers, the total amount they overpaid was a miniscule fraction of what it costs to lockdown the country. This is not counting the extra medical costs of Covid and the incalculable price of losing a loved one. The economic loss from just three days of lockdown was more than the overpayment for all the vaccines they bought.

Hindi na nakakatuwa mga nangyayari... palungkot na ng palungkot pahirap na ng pahirap.. ung mga bata nawalan na ng karapatang maging bata wala ng kalayaan. parate ng nakakulong lang sa bahay... nawalan na ng saysay ang mga eskwelahan... lumipas nalang ng isang taon na wala naman talagang masyadong natutunan....
Yung kalayaan nila para mag aral ng maayos at makipaglaro sa kapwa bata wala narin....

Ang mga negosyante taon taon ng rerenew ng business permit at hindi biro ang binabayaran...
Pero palaging pinapasara ng maaga...
Wala rin sapat na kinikita... d manlang makakota...

Pang night shift pala tong sakit nato ..
dahilan pagsapit ng alasais bawal ng lumabas at sarado na dapat lahat ng pwesto at pamilihan...

Kapag wala naman ecq o lockdown wala naman ginawa kundi mag clearing operation.....
Marami rin pinagbabawal...

Angdaming tao wala ng maayos na trabaho pero patuloy nagbabayad ng bills, upa ng bahay,upa ng pwesto, pagkain araw araw ...
Pano pa nila yan pagkakasyahin ang pera...
Nagkakanda utang nalang...
Ang iba natututo ng mag scam at gumawa ng masama....
Nasisikmura na nilang manloko ng mga tao para lang may pantawid sa gutom at para sa mga bayarin....

Pano pakaya yung mga nag memaintenance na maysakit....wala ng pambili ng gamot...
Pano pa kaya ung mga tao na maraming pinapakain at obligasyon...

Pamahal pa ng pamahal ang mga bilihin tulad ng karne, isda ,manok, itlog , tinapay, kape, asukal, bigas at kung ano ano pa...

Hirap maging doctor ngayon...

Feeling ng tao lahat ng patient dinadiagnose ng COVID para magkapera dahil sa PHIC.

Para po sa impormasyon ng lahat: Hindi po puedeng idiagnose ang patient na COVID kung walang ebidensya meaning kailangan po ng official result na RT-PCR. Hindi mopo puedeng ibase lang sa symptoms. Tsaka meron pong walang symptom pero COVID carrier na pala.

Meron po tayong COVID SUSPECT. Meaning po, nagsususpetsa ang doctor na maaring COVID patient sya base po sa mga symptoms. PERO maaari mo lamang malabel na COVID POSITIVE, if may RT-PCR Test result na POSITIVE.

Sunod pong PUNTO: Nirereview po ng PHIC ang buong chart after na madischarge ang patient kung tutuo ba talaga na justifiable yung Diagnosis mo like COVID. Kung hindi mopo mapatunayan, puede pong hindi po kayo maREFUND. Inuulit kopo, maREFUND. Meaning po, nakukuha lang ng doctor ang PF nya from PHIC once na maapprove ng PHIC na tama po ang diagnosis na ginawa ng doctor AFTER nareview po ang pagtest, ang pagtreat, ang paggaling, or ang pagkamatay ng patient. Nakasulat po yon lahat sa chart.

Last na pong PUNTO AT ETO ANG PINAKAIMPORTANTE: HINDI PO NAKIKITA ANG COVID. Maarng ang itsura ng patient is HEALTHY pero COVID POSITIVE PALA. Puede pong HINDI HEALTHY LOOKING ang patient pero COVID NEGATIVE. in short, kailangan po itreat ng doctor na COVID SUSPECT ang lahat, kasi nga hindi nakikita ang COVID. Kaya nga po kailangan iSWAB ang lahat ng patient na napapasok sa Emergency Room kasi nga (ulit uli) hindi nga po nakikita ang COVID. Pero malalabel nya lang po ang patient na COVID POSITIVE IF merong pong confirmation via RT-PCR test na POSITIVE.

PAHABOL PO NA PUNTO: ang sinasabing napakalaki na pondo ng PHIC para sa isang COVID patient like Severe PNA is P750k. Try po natin.

Kung sa Remdesivir po na halos P20k ang isang vial at 2 vials po ang.loading dose sa day 1: P40k napo yun starting palang. Ang recomended po is about 5-10 days so P20k x 10 days is P200,000 napo yun sa Isang gamot palang. Hindi po kasali ang Tocilizumab, Favipiravir, Steroids, bayad sa ICU, bayad sa Mechanical Ventilation, bayad sa oxygen, bayad sa hospital, other antibiotic like Meropenems na P2000 po ang isang 1gm vials x 3x/day x 7-10 days. So P60,000 napo yun sa 10 days.

In short po, hindi po malaki yung pera. At yung sinasabi nyong malaki na bayad sa COVID. Hindi po sa doctor nappupunta lahat YUn! At kung malaki man po yung bayad sa ibang doctor eh deserve po nila yun, kasi nga gumastos sila ng pera para maging doktor at makuha ang lisensya nila at nag sakripisyo sila ng halos 10 taon mag-aral para lang makagraduate at pumasa.

Hindi rin po superhero ang doctor, natatamaan din sila ng COVID. Yung sinabi kong halos 10 taon na sinakripisyo nila at perang ginastos nila para lang maging doktor. Pinagpaguran po yun ng pamilya nila at puede pong mawala lahat yun sa isang iglap nang dahil sa nagkasakit sila sa COVID. Pero ginagawa po nila ang ganitong trabaho kahit na malaki ang banta sa kanilang buhay kasi eto po yung pinili nilang propesyon at eto po yung sakripisyo nila. Sana naman po wag nyo pong maliitin.

Sana po wag po tayong padalos2 magpost ng mga bagay na hindi po natin naiintindihan kasi HINDI PO KAYO NAKAKATULONG. Sorry po. Masakit lang po kasi. Sana po hindi magsawa ang lahat ng nagsasakripisyong medical professional sa mga hospital na irisk ang kanilang buhay kasi kung uuwi po silang lahat dahil sa mga maling pinagsasabi nyo, marami po ang magiging kawawa.

Ospital ng Palawan po has only 10 beds in their isolation room for moderate to severe cases. I think they have only 2 to 3 mechanical ventilators for support sa mga matutubuhan para makahinga.

Wala ako Data ng Adventist, COOP, at Wesscom hospitals kung ilan ang COVID dedicated beds nila.

Basta ang alam ko, Ospital ng Palawan also caters patients from the Province. And Puerto aone has 200K plus population.

70 antigen reactives, karamihan may sintomas. In case 50 of them lumala, saan kaya sila dadalhin? Barko pamanila? Air ambulance papuntang manila? Kaso puno na din po sa manila.

FACTS:
1. ONP is a level one hospital by accreditation
2. The other 3 hospitals in PPC are Level 2 hospitals and ang nga ito ay private and the wesscom is for the uniformed personnels.
3. Wala tayong level 3 hospitals which means we are not ready for intensive cares.
4. Most patients especially if COVID severe are being referred, admitted and managed sa ONP.

Covid-19 is hitting way too close to everyone's home. Those numbers are turning into names and names into people we know.

So it's a sad heart but with a strong faith in the Heavenly Father , and...
today I kneel down in prayer, asking for a full recovery of those with Covid -19 and in pain....
Lord I'm asking You to protect and cover us with your precious blood and touch us with your healing hands.

Please protect and strengthen the elderly, homeless, unemployed, sick, frontliners and caregivers who are exhausted but not giving up.

Let us be united in praying for one another.

Sa lahat ng mga kaibigan kong Yes nirerespeto ko po kayo at sa lahat ng kaibigan kong wala pang desisyon samahan niyo po ako magNO tayo. Bakit po ako No?
NO ako dahil:

1. Mayaman ang PALAWAN katunayan kasama tayo sa top 10 na mayayamang probinsya sa Pilipinas. Hindi lahat ng Probinsyang "nahati" ay umunlad. So ibigsabihin sapalaran pa kung tunay bang uunlad ang 3 probinsya kung sakaling mahahati ito. Kung di uunlad ang mga nasabing probinsya paano pa natin maibabalik ang dating nag iisang PALAWAN?

2. Para sa akin Hindi na kailangang hatiin sa 3 ang Palawan upang magkaroon ng National Agency Office dito sa atin katulad ng LTO,MARINA ETC. Sapagkat sa katunayan tayo ay magkakaroon na ng MARINA office sa Coron so ibigsabihin pwede rin tayong magkaroon ng LTO at iba pang national agency office dito kahit di mahati ang Palawan.

3. Kapag dumami ang Probinsya dadami ang pulitiko at dadami din ang Empleyado, oo dagdag trabaho pero tunay bang nangangailangan at mahihirap ang mabibigyan ng trabaho? Malamang ito ay magiging dahilan lamang ng paglaki rin ng gastos ng mga probinsya.

4. Sabi nila para mabigyang pansin daw ang mga liblib na lugar? Ang Palawan ay mayroon lamang 367 barangays at 23 Municipalities sa 3 years na termino kayang kaya abutin lahat ng iyan. Ngunit ang importante para sa akin ay tiwala sa ating mga Local officials mapabarangay man o Munisipyo sapagkat sila ang nakakaalam kung ano2x ang pangangailangan ng kanilang nasasakupan kayat kung di man Marating ng mga Opisyales ng probinsya bakit di nalang nila hingin ang mga hinaing ng mga local officials?at suportahan na lamang sa pangangailangan ng kanilang nasasakupan.

5. Bakit liliitan ang budget ng mga Munisipyo at mga Barangay at lalakihan ang sa probinsya? Dito magsisimula ang "Pulitikahan" na tinatawag kung sino ang malapit sa sandok siya ang maraming proyekto kapag ang Mayor o Kapitan ay di sipsip o kagrupo ng itaas siguradong mahirap magkaproyekto magiging kawawa ang ibang munisipyo't barangay na hindi mahilig sumipsip.

6. Bakit ngayon pa at hindi noon kung talagang makakatulong? Ayon sa pangulo Kulang daw ang Budget kaya ang Negros Occ ay binalik sa region VII at Negros Oriental sa Region VI. Kaya ibigsabihin impossible pang mgdagdag ng Bagong Region.
