For returning city residents:
-Identification Card (ID) with PPC address

All travels must be coordinated with the Incident Management Team (IMT) Travel Team, through a letter addressed to Dr. Dean L. Palanca, IMT Incident Commander, which may be reached at: [email protected]. Inbound passengers need to include the reason for travel, including the required documents.

Travelers which will exceed three days in the city will be required to undergo a seven (7) day quarantine in a city facility, except for the private APORs that can stay in the company-established facility but will be subject to inspection and approval by the Incident Management Team.

They will undergo Rapid Antigen Testing on the seventh day. The cost of quarantine facilities will be borne by such individuals except for the antigen test which is free or will be borne by the LGU.

Meanwhile, APORs that have only three (3) days to stay in the city and are fully vaccinated (1st and 2nd dose, with the 2nd dose that has reached 14 days) are not required to undergo quarantine but are required to undergo Rapid Antigen Testing within 24 hours. Everything (accommodation and antigen) is at the individual's own expense.

Returning PPC residents or legitimate city residents are included to undergo seven days of quarantine and Rapid Antigen Testing on the seventh day thereof. They will also remain in the quarantine facilities set by the LGU and also at their own expense besides the antigen test. | via Romar Miranda

Tadah!

- Identification Card (ID)
- S-Pass Travel Coordination Permit
- StaySafe QR code
- Negative RT PCR Test (swabbed within 48hrs before arrival or prior to flight)

- Lunes (Cebu Pacific)
- Miyerkules (Philippine Airlines o PAL)
- Biyernes (Airasia)

- government APOR
- private APOR
- APOR travelling for 3 days only and is fully vaccinated
- returning resident

| source CIO
