My place is a 2 bedroom Condo unit at Trees Residences Mahogany Tower 12 which is 5 mins distance to Fairview Terraces, SM Fairview, and Robinsons Fairview. It is perfect for family bonding, and couples who want to spend time together. My unit is fully-furnished. All you have to do is bring your personal stuff.

Daily rate : 1800 up to 4 pax + 1000 security deposit which will be returned upon check out

Php 300 per additional pax. Up to 6 pax unit's maximum occupancy

Weekly rate: 10,000 up to 4 pax + 2000 security deposit which will be returned upon check out

Monthly rate for 1 month to 6 months stay: 27,000 all inclusive (1 month advance and 5,000 deposit)

Monthly rate for at least 6 months stay (1 month advance and 2 months deposit): 22,000 inclusive of WiFi and monthly dues worth 5k. Exclusive of utilities such as electricity and water.

For short term stay, as much as we wanted to give you free access of pool, the admin is charging P150 per person on regular days and P300 per person on Holidays. This is payable to Cashier's Office Located at the ground floor of Tower 1, Admin Office.
There are 1 Kiddie pool and 2 Big pools (4 feet) which can be used by adults and kids (with supervision). A maximum of 4 persons per day are allowed to take a swim.
