๐—ง๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜‚๐˜†-๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—™๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น๐˜€ is one of the most beautiful waterfalls that can be found in the Philippines. It has a three levels. The second level is the widest and tallest and the most famous among visitors. Every 9AM to 11AM, a rainbow appears at the area. You can get close at the falling water with the help of a bamboo raft.

PEBBLE AND ROCK BEACHES ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ’ฏ!!

Surigao is home not just to sandy white beaches but also to pebbled and rocky beaches. โ€ขMabua Pebble Beach, located 30 minutes from the city center of Surigao, is unique among many of the Filipino beaches due to its multitude of smooth white pebbles that make up its shoreline and โ€ขLooc Beach were well known beaches in Surigao.

It has rocky shore but very clear water. There are rock formations that are perfect for photo shoots as well.
There are cottages and you can buy snacks on small stores located in the area.

โ€ขSurigao del Sur is a province in the Philippines located in the Caraga region in Mindanao. Its capital is Tandag City. Surigao del Sur is situated at the eastern coast of Mindanao and faces the Philippine Sea to the east.

More Historical background?

In precolonial times, the region of Surigao was inhabited by the Visayan Surigaonon people in the coastal areas, as well as Lumad groups in the interiors like the Mandaya, Mansaka, Mamanwa and Manobo.

During the Spanish Occupation in 1860, six military districts were created in Mindanao, with Surigao and Agusan forming the "East District". In 1870, the district was renamed to "Distrito de Surigao". In 1901, Distrito de Surigao became chartered province. Agusan became an independent province in 1907 during the American era, when it was separated from Surigao.

It's subdivided into 17 municipalities and 2 cities, the capital is Tandag and borders Surigao del Norte to the north, Agusan del Norte and Agusan del Sur to the west, and Davao Oriental to the south. Surigao del Sur is located at the eastern coast of Mindanao and faces the Philippine Sea.
