Travel Requirements to Boracay (Caticlan)
Based on government regulations, guests bound for Boracay are advised of the following travel guidelines.
Effective Oct. 1, 2020, Caticlan (Boracay) Airport only accepts tourists.

All Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF) and Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) should travel via Kalibo, instead of via Caticlan. Please check with your local government units for the latest updates.

Please UPDATE your residence address through the Cebu Pacific “Manage Booking” section in the website, by 23:59H (PHT), two days before departure, to ensure you can take your flight.

For Boracay Tourists, you are required to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:

✅ Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result conducted within seventy-two (72) hours before departure flight
✅ Confirmed hotel booking or reservation from any DOT-accredited accommodation establishments in Boracay
✅ Roundtrip Tickets
✅ Proof of Identity
✅ Tourist QR Code.
Please fill up the Health Declaration form at least twenty-four (24) hours before the flight via https://touristboracay.com/
Processing takes approximately twelve (12) hours after receipt of documents. Please wait for the confirmation email to get the Tourist QR Code, and keep a printed or digital copy of this. You have to present your Tourist QR code upon boarding the flight and when accessing services in Boracay island.

Upon arrival, guests are required to take Caticlan Airport Authority-accredited transfers to Boracay island.
