1. Reschedule of booked tour must be done at least 5 days prior to your tour.
2. Deposits will be forfieted for Back-outs or Cancellation due to whatever reason.
For Back-outs/ Cancellations notified 2 DAYS PRIOR TO TRAVEL DATE, Guest(s) MUST pay the WHOLE amount as agreed on their reservation.
3. Event Organizer have the right to cancel or reschedule any trip under these circumstances:
a. If the organizer did not reach the minimum number (7) of pax needed to proceed with the low-cost trip.
b. If there is a report of weather or physical disruption en route to destination that may compromise the safety of our passengers.
c. In case of tour cancellation, due to cases above, ALL DEPOSIT(S) may be used in future scheduled trips and any alternative destinations available with the organizer.

2. Children below 2 years old are FREE ON PACKAGE CHARGE (Full payment on exclusions) provided that the will sit in their parents lap. 1 children exception only, succeeding children below 2 years old will have to pay 50% of package price + exclusions.
3. Confirmed Bookings are Non Refundable but Transferable to another person.
