A warning to all tour operators.

I would like to call the attention of pacific hub corporation on this issue. Last week a girl named elleanor arana contacted us and booked for a team building going puerto galera. After a week of conversation and haggling of the price they confirmed the booking. We confirmed all room reservation with the hotel and cancelled all other reservations since its a company outing. Today as i message them confirming all other needs they emailed me back for cancellation. The act was so unprofessional for setting up a reservation and cancelling it for no reason. Now pacific hub is denying all reservations made and do not want to pay the damage made to the resort. This is a warning to all other tour operators. Joy reservers and bogus buyers are still existing in the world of online business. They are growing so fast and they are as professionals as the company PACIFIC HUB OF ROBINSONS EQUITABLE TOWER.
