To block or reserve date/s, we require PHP 500 deposit and send photo of your IDs, so we will no longer entertain other interested clients.

• The minimum age for check-in is 18.

1) Double check if your preferred date/s is available first.
2) We will give you one (1) hour to send the proof of reservation payment.
3) Send the soonest possible the screenshot of the payment made to officially reserve the unit.
4) Send the complete name of the guest/s.
5) Send the photos of the IDs.

‼️**Note also that upon checking-in, we will ask for security deposit (PHP 1,000) plus one identification card that will be refunded/returned upon check-out.

‼️**Take note that the reservation is non- renfundable but can be re-schedule. Rescheduling should be done two days or 48 hours before the initial date confirmed. Depending on the availability too of the unit. Failure to confirmed on or before the said period, the reservation is automatically forfeited or cannot be refund.

Ideal for two (2) persons but we can allow up to five (5) persons to stay.

Rates for Two Person:
***For weekdays rate (Monday to Thursday): Php 1,799 per day
***For weekends rate (Friday to Sunday) : Php 1,999 per day
***Plus One (1) time cleaning fee: Php 300

For the 3rd to 5th Person:
Note: We can accommodate maximum of five (5) persons. But we have additional rate per head. Weekdays (Php 250) and Weekends (Php 300).

Standard Check-time: 2PM
Standard Check-out: 12NN

We can only accommodate your special request check-in & out if we don't have guest on or after your check-in date & time.
