Our Story
God gave us the first Princely House Domicile building in 2010. We got the name of the building from a message given to us in 1 Kings 8:13 “I have truly built you a princely house, a dwelling where you may abide forever.” In 2017, we are blessed to have the second Princely House Domicile building. Thus we identify them as Princely House One and Princely House Two. Princely House One has a total of 12 bedrooms and 9 toilets and baths. Each floor has a Common Living, Dining and Kitchenette areas. it also houses an office spaces and 1 Conference Room. While Princely House Two has a total of 8 bedrooms with toilets and baths. Each floor has a Common Living, Dining and Kitchenette Areas.
I believe that our room standards and amenities are far better than some nearby dormitories or some nearby a houses that were converted to dorms. We wanted to offer to the Filipino working class, a better place to stay while they are striving for a better tomorrow for themselves and for their family. This is one of the many reasons why I got into this business.
Frankly, room rentals is not our main line of business. A friend, who is into dormitory business and having 10 dormitory buildings and still growing, persuaded us to get into the business of dormitory. According to him, this will be the business of tomorrow, aside from the water business.
We see a lot of people in mobility now a days from the metropolis. Their residence or their family’s dwelling place is normally far from their work place. They would spend wasteful hours in traffic, going to and from their workplace, thus, coming home dead tired, so to speak, compromising their health plus affecting their relationship with their family due to work and traffic stresses.
