May mga lugar na dinadaanan lang, pero may lugar na kung saan mamamangha ka at iyong babalik-balikan. At ito ang ilan sa mga yon.

Nakakalungkot lang minsan marinig sa kapwa pinoy na “wag ka pumunta dyan, di ba delikado diyan?”. The stereotypes and stigma about Mindanao is heartbreaking. Nakabase lang tayo sa news na napapanuod at naririnig natin, how about we hear from the local people directly.

Danger is everywhere, kahit nasan man tayo. We just need to be extra careful, and with proper coordination with local tourism we can enjoy these places. And also, don’t forget to respect their beliefs and traditions.

Bakit mahalaga ang Travel Insurance?

Just want to share my experience recently. Before kami magtravel out of the country kumuha kami ng insurance sa GCASH. Iba kasi talaga kapag may insurance ka bukod sa SunLife Insurance ko kumuha pa rin kami ng travel insurance kasi mahirap na, di natin alam pwede mangyari lalo na at nasa ibang bansa ka. At ito na nga, thanks God walang nangyari masama samin at nakabalik kami, safe and sound. Dahil sa sobrang nakakatuwang mamili lalo na sa Malaysia ayun excess baggage kami at dahil mahigpit ang Cebu Pacific need namin bumili ng another 20kilos baggage allowance worth RM315. Instead na bumili kami isa pang 20kgs baggage allowance, nag decide kami na bumili na lang ng malaking maleta worth RM219. So ayun na nga to make the story short pagbaba namin ng eroplano para kunin ang aming check in baggage, tanggal na ang gulong at puro gasgas ang aming bagong biling maleta. Pero dahil may travel insurance kami, covered nya ang damaged ng baggage at nakuha namin ng buo ang binayad namin sa pagbili ng maleta plus binayaran din kami in full ng airline.

✈️From Manila to Laguindingan Airport

Day 1 - Cagayan De Oro
There are a lot of White beaches and natural spring Resorts around CDO. Do not forget to visit the Divine Mercy of El Salvador super Sacred ng place as in😇

There are also a lot of Pasalubong Center in CDO and one of the famous Vjandep Bakeshop where you can buy their super delicious pastel.

We stayed in DDD pension House just in front of Gaisano Mall Carmen. It's within city center and at the same time may malakas na internet connection.

Day 2 - Bukidnon

Super lamig ng place at napaka-solemn. Masarap magstay dito dahil sa maaliwas ng klima.

Day 3 - Camiguin

Camiguin is the 2nd smallest province in the Philippines next to Batanes. It is situated in the northern coast of Mindanao, easily reached via Cagayan de Oro City or Bohol via sea transfers 🛥 It has 7 volcanoes and the island is actually shaped due to volcanic eruptions and land movement, thus its name.

During our visit, I noticed that Camiguin has everything - vast sea to dive with rich marine life 🌊, mountains to hike 🏔, gigantic falls, springs 🏊🏻‍♂️ And can I say that the weather is reaaaaallly nice! It’s summer but the breeze is really cool in the island 🏝

From DDD Habitat Pension House we ride in Taxi going to Agora Terminal. From terminal to Balingoan Port then Balingoan port to Benoni Port.

Day 4 - Camiguin

We stayed at Borbon Treehouse. Malakas ng internet sa place however and beach front kaya lang madaming mosquitos at the same time mabaho ang CR😔, not recommending to stay here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the local government unit of Camiguin. The tourist spots are all well maintained. Super maayos yung daanan, may maayos na public restrooms, the cleanliness of each site are all secured, lahat sumusunod sa iniimplement na rules.

Day 5 - Back to Cagayan De Oro

We stayed in Bridge Hotel, super malinis ng place, malakas ang aircon. During this day nagrest muna kami dahil sa sobrang nakakapagod na byahe😅

Day 6 - Bukidnon ulit😅😅

Dahil sa napakagandang lugar ng Bukidnon nagtour kami ulit sa place
