You may complete the entry form to Israel 10 days prior to the departure date of a flight to Israel, a cruise to Israel or land border crossing to Israel.

It is not required to present a negative result on a COVID-19 test before boarding a flight to Israel, a cruise to Israel or before arriving to Israel at a land border crossing.
The PCR testing mandate for those entering Israel at airports and maritime and land border crossings was lifted, and the isolation required until that test result was also canceled.
Confirmed COVID cases will not be permitted to board a flight to Israel. If you were confirmed with COVID and have not yet recovered according to the required protocol in Israel and in the state from which the flight departs – do not board the flight.
Entering Israel
1. A health insurance policy with coverage for the treatment of COVID-19 is required.
The insurance policy is a mandatory to enter Israel.
This guidance does not apply to:
Temporary residents with an A/1, A/2, A/3, A/4, A/5 visa or a B/1 visa who receive medical insurance through their employer.
Those arriving from Ukraine (directly or with a transit flight) during the war.

Entry Process (Special Entry Procedure)
All individuals entering Korea are required to go through a special immigration process to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Immigration safety measures are subject to frequent changes, and therefore travelers are advised to check for updates from the Korea Disease Control Agency (KDCA).
STEP 1 Fill out the Health Questionnaire and Travel Record Declaration (Special Quarantine Report) on board the plane
Does not apply to Q-code applicants who pre-registered their information.
STEP 2 Upon arrival at the airport, proceed to check the temperature and submit documents at the quarantine checkpoint
Q-code applicants may use their pre-issued QR code instead of submitting printed documents. However, the documents may be requested for verification so please have them ready at hand.

STEP 3 Quarantine Procedure
COVID-19 Asymptomatic
Individuals who are fully vaccinated (either in Korea or overseas) and show no signs of symptoms (i.e., fever, cough, etc.) during the health screening process and on their Health Questionnaire may proceed to their destination after immigration check.
