Cebu Pacific Takes Flight: Direct Zamboanga-Iloilo Route Launches!

Cebu Pacific has announced its first-ever direct flight between Zamboanga City and Iloilo City, marking a historic moment for air travel between these two vibrant cities. The new route will launch on October 28, 2024, offering three flights per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).

To celebrate this exciting new connection, Cebu Pacific is offering a special PISO FARE promo from September 4th to 15th, valid for travel between October 28, 2024, and May 31, 2025.

This direct flight opens up new possibilities for travelers, making it easier than ever to explore the rich history and culture of both Zamboanga and Iloilo. With this new route, Iloilo becomes a convenient gateway to the nearby paradise of Boracay.

Cancelled Flights Due to Typhoon Carina

As of July 24, 2024; 5:00 PM

Due to the impact of Typhoon Carina (International Name: Gaemi) on our operations, Cebu Pacific advises its passengers to expect cancellations and flight delays throughout the day.

We have resumed operations at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 4, where our Cebgo (DG) flights operate.

Passengers are advised to monitor the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.

Passengers affected by cancelled flights are also advised not to proceed to the airport for their safety and to avoid getting stuck on flooded roads.

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

Full refund of your ticket.

CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from Manila and Clark scheduled up to July 26, 2024. They may avail themselves of these options through the Manage Booking portal of the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

For other questions or concerns, passengers may send a message via Charlie the virtual assistant on the Cebu Pacific website, or through CEB’s official Facebook and Twitter accounts.

We appeal for your patience and understanding as we work towards normalizing our operations as soon as possible.
