Tourists coming from these identified areas restricted with outbound leisure travel ARE NOT ALLOWED in Boracay until April 04, 2021. No QRs will be provided to leisure travellers coming from the mentioned areas.

However tourists coming from other GCQ areas or lower community quarantine status outside the identified areas mentioned above are allowed or accepted in Boracay.

Travel Requirements Advisory:

Due to the increasing incidents of RT-PCR test results falsification, we encourage tourists from outside PALAWAN to apply for QR-coded tourist IDs (QT-IDs) at least 12 hours prior departure to Palawan.

This is to give LGU-EL NIDO ample time to verify the submitted RT-PCR test results.

Revised Executive Order No. 48 on Travel Requirements to El Nido

Effective February 22,2021, please be advised of the new Travel Requirements issued by the Local Government Unit of El NIdo.

For Local Tourists
Register online at elnidotourism.ph and submit the following documents to receive a unique QR Coded Tourist ID (QT-ID)

1. Negative result of RT-PCR test taken 72 hrs prior to time of arrival.
2. Confirmed hotel booking covering all dates of your flight itinerary with Certificate of Authority to Operate in El Nido.
3. Valid Identification Card (ID).
4. Travel Itinerary with confirmed booking from the local tour operators/ travel agencies with DOT-Accreditation and Local Seal of Compliance (LSOC).
6. Letter of Acceptance, if you wish to visit a municipality outside El Nido

For LSIs, Returning Residents, Indispensable Traveler, ROF (not arranged by OWWA):
1. RT-PCR Test Result valid within 72 hours before boarding the plane
2. Case Investigation Form
3. Acceptance letter from El Nido EOC (Emergeny Operations Center)
4. PNP issued Travel Authority from origin of flight
5. Any government issued ID
6. Return Flight Ticket (if the stay in El Nido will be 6 days or less)

Please be reminded that RT PCR test result and Case Investigation form must be printed and for submission to the El Nido MHO Contact Tracers upon arrival at Lio Airport. Passengers staying more than 7 days are required to render 14 days quarantine in El Nido.

For APOR Workers/Business/Visitors bound for El Nido:
1. RT-PCR Test Result valid within 72 hours before boarding the plane
2. Case Investigation Form
3. Acceptance Letter from EOC (Emergency Operations Center) of the destination municipality.
4. Travel Order or Office Order from the company (in lieu of the PNP Travel Authority)
5. Any valid govt. issued ID, or Valid Company ID
6. Return Flight Ticket (if the stay in El Nido will be 6 days or less)
