PREPARATION STARTS FOR CCLEX PAVEMENT WORKS
The builders have started preparation for pavement works for the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) by asphalting a trial section on the causeway at the Cordova side.

The CCLEX will be paved with asphalt along its entire length, with the exception of the toll plaza, which will have a concrete pavement.

1.5-km Camalaniugan-Aparri Bridge in Cagayan Province 🏗️🇵🇭

Build Build Build: Around 6,000 daily travelers will soon benefit from the 1.5-km bridge amounting to P2.4 billion that connects the towns of Camalaniugan and Aparri.
The two-lane iconic bridge will serve as alternate route to Magapit Suspension Bridge in Lal-lo, Cagayan. Once completed, it will enhance the accessibility and the safe, fast and reliable movement of goods and the people to other parts of Cagayan.

Sec. Villar said the Camalaniugan Bridge is a two-year project which is expected to be completed in May 2023. He said this will be one of the longest bridges in the country under the BUILD BUILD BUILD project of the Duterte Administration.

Mainland 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 and 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 are now connected with the closing of the gap of the main bridge of the 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂-𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘃𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘄𝗮𝘆 (CCLEX).

CCLEX is a project of the Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Corporation, in partnership with the 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 and the Municipality of 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘃𝗮, and is seen to help ease traffic congestion in the metro and "spur trade and open greater economic opportunities for Cebu and the rest of the Visayas region".

KALIBO BRIDGE

Ang tulay na ito ay tinaguriang pinakamahabang tulay sa Western Visayas at bahagi ng 16km Aklan circumferential road project na may habang 770 meters.

Ito ay naitayo at nabuksan sa publiko noong January 2020 sa pangunguna ni dating DPWH Secretary Mark Villar.
