Christmas and good food are inseparable in Filipino culture. The Noche Buena spread is a tapestry of traditions and heirloom recipes. While staples like Quezo de Bola, Jamon, and fruit salad remain as mainstays, new dishes are always welcome as they make Christmas feasts fun and exciting.

This year, The Bistro Group’s Spanish arm Bistronomia’s restaurants Las Flores, Tomatito, Rambla, Rumba and BCN by Las Flores are serving Porchetta that deserves a spot on any holiday gathering spread.

Slow-roasted until crispy on the outside and juicy and succulent in the middle, this Porchetta for the festive season is similar to the Filipino lechon belly but given a twist with Spanish herbs, spices and aromatics. It's perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Bistronomia’s Porchetta is available for dine-in, take-away and delivery (Bistro Delivers, FoodPanda and Pickaroo).

For those who are looking for a place to dine-in and party the Season away, bring the whole gang to Las Flores, Tomatito, Rambla, Rumba and BCN by Las Flores. TGIFridays is here to make Christmas a happy, joyous occasion through its TO-GO PLATTERS.

From salads, appetizers and pastas to mains, there are platters that are filled with deliciousness at the best value for your Christmas parties, reunions, potluck get-togethers and for your Noche Buena table. No need to shop and cook. Simply bring the hearty flavors of TGIFridays right where the celebration is!

To-Go Platters generously serve 5-6 persons. Take your pick, order one or two (or all, for, why not?). To start your Christmas feast, there’s the Oriental Sesame Salad (romaine, red radish, cashew mix, mandarin orange and crispy vermicelli dressed in a roasted sesame dressing) at P1,090. Or choose the classic Caesar Salad Platter (romaine, parmesan cheese, bacon, croutons and Caesar salad dressing) at P1, 325. The gooey and house favorite, Fridays Mozzarella (P1,535) is a perfect appetizer. For pasta lovers, the Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta (P1,590) is on point with chicken, shrimp, red bell peppers and spaghetti pasta in a spicy Alfredo sauce and finished with parmesan cheese). Meat lovers, meanwhile, will certainly drool over the signature fall-off-the-bone Baby Back Ribs (P3,495) and the Filipino Pork Liempo (P2,135) cooked just the way it should be - sweet and tangy. The Chicken Fingers Platter (P1,835) are always a hit with the kids and dare we say, with adults as well. Hand-battered and fried to a crisp, they are best eaten with honey mustard dressing, potato chips or fries.

Meanwhile, give your Christmas celebration a distinct Japanese flair with Watami’s Party Platters steeped in the much-loved umami flavor.

Good for 5 to 6 pax, they elevate every gathering, especially during the Yule Season where there’s not much time to cook dishes for parties and get-togethers. They’re delicious and affordable, perfect for family get-togethers and company parties. They’re great to bring during potluck socials as well.

Take a look at these delicious choices: First up is the signature, fresh and healthy Watami Salad (P1,175) to whet your appetite. Then there’s everyone’s favorite, Shrimp Tempura Platter (P1,475) filled with crispy tempura in a light batter. Another must in any Japanese-themed menu is the sweet-savory, salty- tangy Chicken Teriyaki, a platter of which is only P1,320. For those who love indulging into the goodness of skewered chicken, the Assorted Chicken Skewers Party Platter (P1,325) is made just for them. Noodles and rice dishes are also on the list: Pepper Beef Rice Party Platter (P1,375); Chahan Rice Party Platter (P1,045); Yakisoba Platter (P1,705) and the Stir-Fried Udon Platter (P1,425).
