This modern bahay kubo is situated in Alfonso, Cavite, just 15 minutes from Tagaytay, providing a peaceful retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is available for rental and offers a relaxing environment ideal for unwinding and spending quality time with loved ones.

Spanning 274 sqm, the property offers ample space for small gatherings and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Visitors are welcome to pitch tents in the mini garden and enjoy stargazing under the clear sky. The tranquil surroundings are complemented by the soothing sounds of nature, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

Please note that the resthouse is located in a secluded area, so guests are advised to bring everything they may need, including food, towels, toiletries, and kitchen utensils. Be prepared for unpredictable weather, as well as the presence of crawling and flying insects, particularly at night. Insect repellent and a jacket for the evening are recommended. If guests prefer full amenities typically found in hotels or are not inclined towards nature, this place may not be the best fit.
