4. Please wear proper attire. No sando, no slippers, no sandals.

The proposed memorandum circular is in furtherance of the regulatory and developmental functions of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) under Republic Act 11364 and Republic Act 9520.The Authority is now consulting the cooperative sector to solicit their comments/suggestions to the proposed POLICY ON THE CANDIDACY OF AN OFFICER OF A COOPERATIVE IN THE NATIONAL OR LOCAL ELECTION.

We condemn these illegal activities of "FAKE DOTVC" held at Sulat Eastern Samar. These are considered "illegal" because there's no Board Resolution nor General Assembly approval for this activity and using the DOTV Name in their personal interest.

We have lost another brother.

You will surely missed Sir Nicasio "Nick" Manjares Abatayo. One of our loyal member and who also serve our cooperative.
