Passenger Advisory as of July 29, 2020

Residents from Capiz province are advised to travel via Batangas to Roxas City, Culasi.

The Province of Capiz will only allow its residents to travel back home provided that their port of entry is Roxas City, Capiz. The province aims to strictly monitor and control the entry of LSIs via seaport; passengers can only purchase a ticket if their names are on the list of Capiz LGU.

Complete travel requirements for LSI traveling from Batangas to Roxas City, Culasi are as follows:
1. Medical Certificate
2. Travel Authority issued by the Joint Task Force COVID Shield Unit
3. Certificate of Acceptance from the Province of Capiz with proper coordination with the barangay of destination

Travel requirements for APOR:
1. Company ID/Valid Government ID/Certificate of Employment
2. Travel Order from the company

Travel requirements for ROF:
1. RT-PCR Test (swab test) with Negative Result
2. Quarantine Certificate issued by DOH/BOQ

As of today, 29 July, there are 33 airports in the country whose Local Government Units (LGUs) have issued orders categorically supporting the resumption* of commercial airport operations in their areas of jurisdiction.

*Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.

LSI and ROF residents from Capiz province are not allowed to travel via Batangas to Caticlan until further notice.

Nanawagan ang City Government of Davao sa mga non-Davao City air passengers na huwag nang piliin ang Davao International Airport (DIA) bilang entry point papunta sa kanilang probinsya hanggang walang komunikasyon o koordinasyon sa kanilang mga LGU.

There are currently very limited routes from Davao City to other Mindanao provinces and regions. Inter-regional buses are severely affected by the quarantine and other regulations imposed because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

For non-Davao City air passengers, we strongly SUGGEST for them NOT TO CHOOSE/SELECT the Davao International Airport (DIA) as their entry to their home regions if they have not made prior communication with their respective LGUs for pick up at the DIA or other transportation arrangements.

Philippine Airlines will be mounting a special flight from Manila to Laoag on July 27, 2020.

Passengers need to bring the following documents to comply with local government unit (LGU) requirements:

1.) Medical Certificate issued by City / Municipal or DOH Accredited Hospital from the originating LGU

2.) Valid copy of Negative RT-PCR result (if passenger was a former COVID19 patient, he/she must present 2 consecutive Negative RT-PCR tests).

3.) Quarantine Certificate issued by DOH-Bureau of Quarantine
