We just harvested a few kilos of ginger from a 2x2 meter patch, some coffee beans from trees screaming for some love, sayote leaves fruit and camote for the organic chickens and our kitchen.

Taking a breather among the trees and plants has its rewards

Congratulations Sagada Floorball Team! ❤️💪
Champions in 2 categories (Under 14 & Under 18 years old) in the just concluded National Youth Florbolista Cup 4th Quarter, 2023, held at De La Salle Zobel December 3.

Lliam Masliyan makes it as the MVP for U14 while David Gaongen as MVP U18. Shandy Cadio and David Gaongen make it as 2 of 3 mythical players for U18. Mr. Belonio of University of Makati is the 3rd mythical player.

U14 players Sagada: Bea Bayang, Zachary Omengan, Lliam Masliyan, Chico Rogers, Nathan Api-it.

U18 players Sagada: Kevin Ramos, Shandy Cadio, Odin Gaongen, Asher Gayman (goal keeper), David Gaongen, and U14 players Chico Rogers (goal keeper), and Zachary Omengan.

The team members are junior high school students at Sagada National High School and St. Mary's School Inc. Mr. Steve Rogers coaches the team with the assistance of Mr. Rodrigo Rulloda and Ms. Grail Bang-i, both faculty at SNHS.

Team practices are held at the Sagada LGU Conference Hall, 4th floor, New Municipal Building and the Latawan Hotel Convention facilities.

c. K0407+250 - K0407+290, Banguitan, Besao is 1Lane Passable. All other obstructions in the roadline towards the boundary are being cleared by 1-DPWH Wheel Loader & 1-DPWH Dumptruck.

6. DANTAY SAGADA ROAD.
📍a. ROAD CLOSE at K0390+900, Antadao, Sagada due to CAVE-IN pavement. Under Contract with E.T. LATAWAN CONSTRUCTION
***Commuters are advised to pass thru the ALTERNATIVE ROUTE, the Balili - Suyo - Sagada Provincial Road.

B. All other national roads and bridges w/in our Area of Responsibility are PASSABLE to traffic.

Note: Total Clearing Operation on all the One Lane Passable sections will resume today except for the Road Closure at Antadao, Sagada that needs road rehabilitation which is under contract.

What: Road Monitoring as of 5:30 AM, July 26, 2023

a) Mt. Data Cliff, Monamon Sur, Bauko, Mtn. Province (Main route) is unpassable as per advisory from PDRRMO-Mountain Province.
b) SO Ampinke, Leseb Rd. Brgy. Mba-ay, Bauko, Mtn. Province unpassable as per advisory from MDRRMO- Bauko from 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM
c) Sinto-Salin-Sadsadan-Mabaay, Bauko alternate route is unpassable due to landslide.
d) Tadian – Cervantes rd. via Tue, Tadian particularly at Pey-as, Balaoa Section is unpassable due to landslide.

*Motorists coming from Baguio City and Benguet going to Bontoc, Mt. Province and vice versa may use Abatan-Mankayan-Cervantes-Tadian (via Kayan) Road.

e) Bontoc – Kalinga Rd. particularly at SO Atadchang, Brgy. Betwagan, Sadanga, SO Kuro-kuro, Brgy. Poblacion, Sadanga and SO Gawa, Brgy. Tocucan, Bontoc is not passable due to falling rocks.
f) Bontoc-Banaue road is temporarily closed due to land slide at sitio Finew, Samoki, Bontoc, Mt. Province
