Capacity: Ideal up to 18pax.
note: For early or late checkout, we charge additional per excess hour amounting to 500/hour but subject to availability.

- Overnight stay for 10 person in an Airconditioned rooms with ocean view.
- 1 Double pull out bed
- 1 Queen size bed
- 1 Sofa bed
- Covered Glass Veranda with sofa beds.
- Free use of Refrigerator
- Free use of Gas range
- Tables and Chairs
- plates, cups, spoons and cooking utensils. complete kitchen utensils.
- Free Beach Access
- Pool access with additional fee of 200php per person. pay directly at clubhouse for pool entrance.
- With 4.5KVA Generator. No blackout 💜

Note:

- Php 1,000 deposit money will be collected upon check in and will be given back after checkout.
- We require 50% downpayment to confirm your booking.
- Beds provided in the resort is good for 10 person only. should you exceed the bed capacity, we encourage you to bring your own tent or sleeping bags or pay for extra beds from us for only 300/mattress.
- we highly recommend you bring your own car because the house is a little far from the beach/pool area. about 5kilometers from the clubhouse.
- No corkage for food and drinks. we suggest you bring your own food or order from our partner food delivery service. food delivery must be book prior to arrival or at least 6hours prior to delivery time.
