House Rules
1. Balay Tapaw will only allow one client booking per schedule to reduce the risk and spread of the COVID-19 disease. Clients will enjoy exclusive use of all the amenities during their stay.
2. To maintain physical distancing, only IATF approved maximum occupancy will be accommodated.
3. Check-in time will be 2:00pm onwards, check-out time will be 11:00am. Extensions may be allowed subject to availability and additional rate.
4. Upon arrival, guests will be asked to fill out the guest log sheet and health declaration form.
5. Only the guests registered upon booking will be allowed to check-in.
6. Body temperature will be checked by trained staff. Guests with COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed to check-in and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
7. Guests will receive a copy of the house rules together with their booking confirmation.
8. Observe social distancing protocols especially in the common areas such as the kitchen, dining area, pool house and living areas.
9. Only one door will be delegated for entrance of guests.
10. Two doors will be assigned as exit doors (one going to the kitchen and another one for the pool). Exit door will not be used to re-enter the house.
11. Upon entering the house, guests need to sanitize their footwear by using the sanitizing mats.
12. Guests who booked their accommodations will also be asked to use the house slippers whenever they are inside the house.
13. Room transfers may be allowed when necessary and if available but is discouraged.
14. Kindly throw used PPEs only in designated trash bins to avoid any contaminations.
15. Strictly NO SMOKING OR VA**NG inside the house. Smoking is only allowed at the garden.
16. Please return keys to the host after checking out. Lost key will be charged Php 500.00 per key.
17. Pets are not allowed to enter the property premises.
18. Any incurred damages to the property will be charged accordingly.
19. Guests should do their dishes and stow the trash properly. Additional charge of Php 1,000.00 for left dirty dishes.
20. Conserve energy. Turn off air-conditioning unit/s before leaving the resort premises.
21. Swimming pool is open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Kindly follow the swimming pool rules.
22. Additional guests who will not check-in may be allowed to enter the property subject to additional fee per head and can only stay until 7:00pm. Beyond 7:00pm, they will be charged as overnight guest/s.

• Balay Tapaw is a gated property with private entrance
• Pets live on property (chickens)
• Guests must climb stairs to get to the property
• CCTV cameras are installed on property premises
• No loud music or loud noise after 10:00 PM
• No WIFI connection
• No hot shower and hair dryer
• No washer
• Videoke available for rent
